Respectful, honest and professional are a few words to describe Brian Fletcher and his experienced crew. We hired Brian to complete a 2nd floor renovation, gutting 100yr old lathe and plaster and all interior wood. During this process, he took appropriate measures to protect the new hardwood floors and the rest of the house from dust and debris. He framed all interior walls, insulated with spray foam and installed new drywall, wood trim, doors and made modifications to closets. On the odd occasion that we raised a concern with Brian, he was quick to address it and rectify any problems. Brian completed this work on time and on budget and we were so pleased with his work that we further engaged him to complete a much larger renovation of the 3rd floor of our home. We will post a separate review of that work once complete. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Brian for any home improvement or major renovation project.
