Brian put a new attic in our home which was an extensive renovation. He had to put in a large dormer, and a new structural beam across the floor due to structural deficiencies. The attic was completely re-built including windows, floor, drywall and a new staircase which involved re-structuring the second floor, including altering the second floor bedrooms. One thing he helped us with was that we didn’t want to have to vacate our home during the reno. To facilitate this Brian added a series of zippered plastic sheets going from room to room which kept the living areas dust free and allowed us to continue to live and work in our home during renovation. Brian accommodated us very well, and in addition to all of this did as much work as he was able to from outside of the house so as not to disrupt us. Brian rocks.
